I told you Rianman is training for a marathon. His workouts have involved running, swimming and cycling usually just one work out a day - awesome right. This week though he's had a lot of running. This running tends to be after work. Daily it seems. So he feels like he's been running a lot. He's out on a 12 miler right now. It still isn't nearly as bad as Ironman training!
So he's been running around.
I feel like I've been running around all week, too. I started my new job and although it is the end of week one...I feel like it's been more than that. I sort of felt like I'd ease into things but that hasn't been the case. It's good in some ways...I have to learn fast. In some ways it is stressful though. Given that we're going away this weekend, I haven't felt like I've had a lot of time to run around and yet I feel like all I've been doing this week is running around.
So this weekend as we cheer 40,000 people run around Chicago, we'll enjoy our time not running around and hopefully next week we'll be refreshed.
