Christy and I will be headed to Smithville Lake tomorrow morning at 4 am - yes 4 am - for the WIN for KC tri. We won't be racing but we'll be volunteering in the transition area. The all women triathlon sold out with over 850 triathletes--many first timers.
If you're looking for something to do, come out and cheer on the women!!
